Join RRT’s Brandon on a hike of East Fork State Parks small “Backpack Trail” loop. The hike will be at a moderate pace hiking approximately 6 miles over about two and a half hours to three hours. While Brandon will not be blindfolded, he likely could navigate the trails if he were. This is a great opportunity to learn the trails.
This is also a great opportunity to strap on a backpack and get some training miles in for a big Summer trip or just for an evening in nature.
Participants should meet at the Ranger Station off the Bantam Road entrance no later than 4:45. Each participant is required to bring appropriate footwear and clothing and for the days forecast along with a headlamp. Everyone is also responsible for their own food and water for the event. Every child must be accompanied by an adult.
